You can use your Bliss Card at an ATM to withdraw funds. Do know that you'll be on the hook for the fee the ATM charges, but Bliss does not charge a fee for ATM usage.
At this moment, you cannot use an ATM to check the balance of your account. This is because your money is being held in a brokerage account, invested in U.S. Treasury Bills, so there isn't a bank account balance that the ATM can read. The best way to check your Bliss balance is through the app!
It's on our roadmap to improve the experience of using a Bliss Card at an ATM, but we don't have a specific date to share as to when that'll roll out.
